How to register/contribute

REGISTRATION

To register, you must have an account on sciencesconf.org (see below). 

1) If you already have an account on sciencesconf.org: 

• Go to the conference website https://erice.sciencesconf.org/ and log in with your username and password and follow the instruction.

2) If you do not have an account on sciencesconf.org yet:

• Go to https://erice.sciencesconf.org/ and click on "create an account" by clicking on the top right button "Login".
• Fill the form and click on the activation link you will then receive by e-mail.
• Go to the conference website and log in with your username and password.

The deadline for registration is July 10th, 2024.

FEE PAYMENT AND LOCAL EXPENSES 

Participants are requested to pay a conference fee of EUR 120.

Method of payment for the conference fee:

• payment on site by cash, at your arrival in Erice to Prof. G. Marsella.

The local expenses amounts to EUR 150 per night. This amount covers full board, lodging and local transportations, provided by EMFCSC to all participants for the duration of the Workshop.

Participants have to be lodged in one of the structures provided by EMFCSC, that is, in the old monasteries of S. Rocco or S. Francesco, and only if the previous ones are fully booked, in hotels. Young participants might be requested to share the room. Depending on available funds, very limited support is foreseen for the applicants who requested it in the dedicated box in the registration page. 

Methods of payment for the local expenses:

1. bank transfer^**(deadline: July 10th 2024) --- Please send the copy of the receipt of the bank transfer within the same date to the address: erice@scienceconf.org .

BANK TRANSFER DESCRIPTION: Name Surname - 6^th Course of the International School of Nonequilibrium Phenomena, “Astroparticle Physics, Dark Matter and High Energy Physics”

YOU MUST SEND A COPY OF YOUR BANK TRANSFER TO THE ORGANIZERS VIA EMAIL AT erice@scienceconf.org  ONCE THE TRANSACTION IS COMPLETED.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

Possible accompanying persons will be expected to pay a lodging and full board fee of 150 Euro/day
